jim Brundage

Jim has been involved in the affordable housing and multifamily housing industries for over 30 years. He has successfully completed projects with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. His responsibilities include business development, growth, and company direction as well as overseeing the financial operations of the company. Since 2016, Jim has grown Wilshire Pacific Builders from a single project to over 8000 units renovated and has completed in excess of $600 million in the renovation of affordable housing projects.

 Jim holds a bachelors degree in Business Management, and a General Contractors license in 18 States. Jim has a broad and deep understanding of construction principles, practices, and methods. He understands pre-construction issues of land use, planning and zoning, the design process from programming and space planning through final contract documents; building systems and methods, construction contracting methods and value engineering.

Far from your average builder, Jim believes in creating long-lasting client relationships through delivering the highest quality projects. He is an enthusiastic, hands-on leader and is actively involved in every aspect of the company’s operations. It is Jim’s commitment to quality and his attention to detail that ensure the success of Wilshire Pacific Builder’s projects.

As Chief Financial Officer, Skyler brings a wealth of finance and accounting experience to Wilshire Pacific Builders. Early in his career working for Deloitte & Touche, he served as an Audit Manager responsible for organizing and overseeing the financial statement and internal control audits for both large, publicly traded entities, as well as privately held entities, including firms in the construction industry. 

Prior to joining Wilshire Pacific Builders, Skyler led the accounting and financial reporting group for a worldwide logistics firm. With a proven track record of driving financial growth, optimizing operations, and implementing effective risk management strategies, Skyler plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of Wilshire Pacific Builders.

He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and received his Master of Accountancy from Arizona State University. He cherishes spending time with his wife and 5 children, supporting them in their various school and sporting activities, in addition to traveling together. He also enjoys being actively involved in community organizations.

Mitch is a Senior Project Manager at Wilshire Pacific Builders. He spent 19 years as a key construction manager for various teams at Intel. Mitch managed projects in excess of $600 million annually. Under Mitch’s direction, Wilshire Pacific Builders has implemented many cutting-edge tools, processes and procedures that have put Wilshire Pacific at the top of the class. Mitch holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Mitch loves spending time with his wife, four daughters, and twin sons, going hiking, camping, and exploring. He enjoys watching his daughters compete as top-level Olympic lifters.

Mitch Mason

As Director of Preconstruction, Zach brings years of experience in construction management, scope development, and estimation for affordable housing and multifamily construction projects. He joined the Wilshire Pacific team soon after the company was founded and has spent 8+ years learning the ins and outs of the construction industry through the lens of LIHTC programs.

Prior to assuming his current role, Zach worked as a Project Manager overseeing the successful renovation of multiple affordable housing properties, ensuring that each project was completed on-time without compromising Wilshire Pacific’s standards for exceptional quality. He now leads the pre construction team and has been instrumental in placing 40+ multifamily projects under contract, totaling over 7000 units across the country.

He graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in software engineering. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and traveling to new places.
