PROJECT NUMBERS
UNITS TURNED: 860
Through our efficient occupied-renovation process and commitment to comprehensive renovations, we completed 860 unit turns this year. Driven by hard work and dedication, our team delivered safer, higher-quality homes for the residents and families in our communities.
PROJECTS STARTED & COMPLETED: 15
Over the past year, we expanded across the country, forming new partnerships and tackling renovation projects from California to Georgia. We also delivered multiple properties that make everyday living better for residents and leave communities stronger long after project completion.
These accomplishments are only possible through the relationships we maintain with our valued partners and the dedicated hard work of our entire team. Hearing residents express their gratitude and excitement about their newly renovated homes reinforces the impact of our work. It’s a powerful reminder of the purpose behind everything we do.
STRENGTHENING OUR TEAM
Growth in projects means growth in people. This year, we not only welcomed several talented new team members, we also made strategic in-house moves. We promoted some of our team into new roles where they are truly thriving. As we continue to expand, we remain committed to providing you with a team of industry experts dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
True to our values, we continued to invest in company training and team-building workshops. This year was filled with cross-departmental training, team retreats, and skill-building workshops, making sure every team member is aligned with our standards of quality and operational excellence.
Our in-house design and construction team focused on raising the standard for affordable housing renovations by carefully selecting and installing elevated materials that meet compliance and durability requirements. Their work ensures every property receives high-quality finished units and community spaces, supporting long-term sustainability for years to come. This reinforces our core belief that affordability should never come at the expense of quality.
COMMUNITY MATTERS
At Wilshire Pacific Builders, we believe affordable housing is more than just structures, it’s about people, stability, and opportunity. In 2025, we strengthened our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve. This year, we launched our “Welcome Home” initiative, providing our residents with essential household items as they returned to their newly renovated homes.
In addition to supporting our residents, we proudly sponsored events for the Women in Affordable Housing organization. We also partnered with several low-income communities in our region to donate school supplies, food, and holiday gifts to families in need. Through these efforts, we continue to advance our mission of building stronger, more supportive communities.
