We take safety very seriously on our job sites, and it all starts with the right training. Construction is considered to be one of the most high-risk industries. With heavy machinery, electrical systems, and unpredictable environments, hazards can be a daily threat. Building a safe construction site with the proper training and protocols in place helps prevent accidents altogether.
We train all our Superintendents to utilize GotSafety, a digital OSHA Compliant Safety Program. With access to over 2,000 GotSafety lessons, our Superintendents conduct mandatory, weekly on-site safety meetings tailored to the specific job scope at each project.
Our Superintendents are responsible to have an on-going eye for safety. This means performing multiple safety walks through the job site every day checking for compliance, and identifying any safety hazards that need to be corrected immediately.
Additionally, all subcontractors are required to submit their own safety program before beginning work on any of our projects.

THE WILSHIRE WAY
Specializing in occupied unit turns means we are extra vigilant to keep the residents and management staff safe through the entire renovation process. Keeping our work areas clean and safe, and controlling access to those work areas is a top priority on every project. Keeping an open line of communication with residents and management by providing written and verbal notices is important to
ensure they are safely out of harm’s way during ongoing renovations. Focusing on safety procedures
can prevent accidents, injuries and even financial loss.
Our goal is to build with care, work with caution, and always put safety first.
