Through our efficient occupied-renovation process and commitment to comprehensive renovations, we completed 860 unit turns this year. Driven by hard work and dedication, our team delivered safer, higher-quality homes for the residents and families in our communities.

Over the past year, we expanded across the country, forming new partnerships and tackling renovation projects from California to Georgia. We also delivered multiple properties that make everyday living better for residents and leave communities stronger long after project completion.

Our in-house design and construction team focused on raising the standard for affordable housing renovations by carefully selecting and installing elevated materials that meet compliance and durability requirements. Their work ensures every property receives high-quality finished units and community spaces, supporting long-term sustainability for years to come. This reinforces our core belief that affordability should never come at the expense of quality.

COMMUNITY MATTERS

This including general wear and tear and the lack of specific community needs. Our research highlighted a critical need for increased energy efficiency, reliable internet access, and enhanced security measures. With an focus on providing quality sustainable affordable housing, we were able to see how our client’s dedication to the five pillars truly makes a difference. 

Aligning with our client’s commitment to sustainable development, we implemented the following improvements:

  • Installed energy-efficient appliances and lighting fixtures throughout the property
  • Implemented a solar energy system to reduce electricity consumption by 50%
• Digital Connectivity:
