Casa Imperial, located in Southern California, consists of 32 units, 5 of which are ADA.  Interior upgrades include flooring, kitchen and bath finishes, windows, HVAC, countertops and cabinets.  On the exterior, landscape, parking lot upgrades, and ADA parking have all been added or improved.  The community room has been transformed to a beautiful and comfortable meeting place for the tenants, with computers for the tenants to access and everything needed for community and private events.
