The Harbor View Apartment complex located in San Diego, California consists of 60 units, 6 of which are ADA compliant.  Our scope here included extensive interior renovation and an exterior makeover to preserve and enhance.  This project was also re-piped and required a foundation stabilization on one of its buildings.  The community room and offices were transformed into a beautiful administration center and gathering place for residents.  This project took 4 months to complete.
