The Walnut Creek complex located in Austin, Texas consists of 98 units, 10 of which are ADA compliant.  Our scope here included extensive interior renovation and an exterior makeover to preserve and enhance.  The community room and offices were transformed into a beautiful administration center and gathering place for residents.  This project took 4 months to complete.
